InGrain Pastificio
At Ingrain Pastificio we specialize in making quality dry pasta or “pasta secca”using the traditional method of slow extrusion through bronze dies. Our pasta is then dried slowly in order to give the best possible flavour and texture. Our alternative grain pastas are made with locally milled flours made from organic ancient grains. We also have salads, sandwiches, pastries and breads all made in house daily. Our small menu is changed seasonally in order to showcase our variety of artisanal pastas.
