International Market Place

I always enjoy stopping by the International Market Place when I’m in Hawaii. They have a ton of places to shop (both high end and low end), and there are also plenty of restaurant options. It’s super close to Waikiki Beach and right in the center of Waikiki, so it’s a nice way to take a break from walking the busy streets.

They usually have fun little events like live music year around in the courtyard. I was able to see a hula dancing show here during my last trip, and it was really fun to watch. Best of all, the events are usually free! You just have to make sure to get there early to grab a seat because these shows are popular with the crowds here.

I usually park at the International Market Place when I know that I’ll be hanging out in Waikiki. The parking rates are fairly reasonable and any merchant in the mall will validate your parking when you make a purchase. It’s really the best deal as far as parking goes in my opinion. Plus, since it’s conveniently located right in the center of Waikiki, you don’t have to struggle to find parking or park super far away. It’s a win-win.
