Copper House

Our daughter has been in Evansville now for a year and a half and we have been wanting to try Copper house. Finally made it last weekend for dinner. There are two areas in which to eat with completely different vibes! The back room is open and airy and modern with a view of the kitchen. It would be great for large groups. The front room is all wood and has a warmer feel. This is where we sat. Our server was named Shelby and she was an absolute blast, made our meal even more fun! We started with cocktails and then the bacon jam dip with toasted bread for an appetizer. For dinner I had the salmon, my husband had the pasta carbonara with shrimp, and my daughter had the salmon BLT. I also had to have a side of their loaded grits! Everything was just delicious. Wanted dessert badly but I was too full. I was sorry there was not a larger crowd for a Saturday night. I would definitely eat here again and I highly recommend it.
