Sauced

We shared the proscuitto platter which also had goat cheese, pecans, and currants (I think) with toast. There was also a maple glaze over it which was perfect! It’s really the perfect portion for 2 people, but the 4 of us shared a bite or two of it so we didn’t get full before our entrees. I ordered the shrimp scampi, and it was exactly what I wanted – garlicky, smooth, and creamy with perfectly cooked shrimp. I wish the tails hadn’t been on, but I think that’s likely the standard way to prepare it. My husband got the spaghetti, and there’s a little cayenne in it so the marinara sauce isn’t too sweet as it can tend to be. You can even order fried chicken to go along with your spaghetti which is what my sister-in-law’s husband got which he loved! I’d never seen that before, but it’s a great idea!
