Poesia’s musts are the pasta – all made fresh in-house. We work with sustainable and local ingredients when possible, changing the menu based on the season. Old classic recipes are served with a modern twist. Like several other options on our varying menu, our Tagliatelle alla Bolognese is a house favorite available gluten-free. We offer many vegetarian-friendly options in addition to your traditional Italian favorites and more fine-dining selections – Polenta, Tiramisu, Eggplant parmigiana, Filet mignon, and more.
