Hired Jose for a few work orders at few places I own
Every job I sent him he was calling me 20 times nonstop complaining about the type of job buying the wrong materials and wasting my time,
So I decided do not hire him for more jobs.
I Always paid him on time and never gave him a reason to get upset.
Since then, he has been harassing my tenants and me, threatening to call the city inspector to come to my buildings, sending my tenants ideas how they can sue me trying to force a Tennent to go on a date with him for smoke and drink in a very aggressive way, and many more…
He seems to be very desperate for work and claimed that no one wants to hire him and kept asking me for more work, and when I said, I’m not willing to work with him, he get upset and start threatening again.
I would stay away from this guy and will never let him in my house or any of my properties.
I also filed a police report against him and restriction order together with a few of my tenants that has been harassed
