Late Policy In the event that you are running late for your appointment please call and notify one of the front desk coordinators. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we wont be able to take you. If you have a short haircut that normally takes 30 minutes this would only leave 20 minutes for the stylist to complete your haircut. That is 1/3rd of the time allowed for your service. The stylist won’t be able to give the same quality of service if their time is shortened. I hope you understand. No-Show Policy In the event that you cannot make your appointment and you do not call to notify a front desk coordinator by the time of your appointment it will be documented as a no-show in our system.
