This business first opened by a young entrepreneur, during his building of the building, he had to rebuild it a few times leading to many delays. It finally opened. Exhausted from restoring the building, his business closed, and Murphy’s reopened in it’s place. This laid the road to what we have grown into now, The Whistling Donkey that has reopened to keep the legacy alive in this beautiful building in Souris, Manitoba.
