I walked in, very upset from another autobody shop.
Samantha greeted me immediately, wow, I felt very important! and noticed!. She has one of the best smiles that allows you to forget why you were upset in the first place. Very welcoming, Thank you Samantha. First impression makes a huge difference.
I can’t remember his name, but he impressed me by taking and allowing us to leave the truck immediately when I had brought it in for inspection and when he spoke to my husband, he was very respectful and my husband felt like we were taken care of over the phone.
Wes, attended me immediately and helped me get child’s car seat out and ensured I wasn’t swamped taking stuff out of my truck.
