Our four-day retreat will offer pampering services such as yoga, meditation, beauty treatments and more, perfect for any woman looking to improve her health and wellbeing.

Te Arai Surf Beach, located on Auckland’s east coast, is a favourite spot for surfing and swimming. You can expect crystal clear water, sunshine and good people here! The beach is also great for picnics and events.
