The firm was incorporated in 1985 and is duly recognized by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVRBN) and International Facility Management Association, Houston, U.S.A. The firm is a member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA); member – Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA); MEMBER – Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (NACCIMA); member – Nigeria-Israel Chamber of Commerce (NICC); member – The Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) and registered to practice real estate management in Nigeria by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (established by decree No. 24 of 1975).
