3Fit is a boutique gym helping the south bay get in shape since 2006. We specialize in functional training, powerlifting, and nutritional guidance to foster a more positive and healthy lifestyle in our clients. Our approach is organized and personal. We work hard to understand each of our clients so we can give them the best coaching possible. We know we are only as successful as our clients. That’s why we put so much pride into teaching the most up to date training techniques and building solid and supportive relationships with our clients. We are certified through world respected institutions such as the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
