Central Park Recreation Cente
We tried an Aqua Aerobics class last week. No one in the class was under 50 and many of us were much older. The instructor was a very young, athletic man who did nothing but fast dance type moves on the deck and expected the class to follow in the water. None of us have bodies that can do that and he was not in touch with the class. It was like a performance. Disgusted. Will not come back if he is the regular instructor.
We love Aqua Aerobics and have had great classes at Montclair prior to Covid.
Central Park is a wonderful facility but this was a bummer.
