Functional Application Support Analyst at TriVersa Limited
TriVersa Limited specialises in providing Regulatory Compliance and Enterprise Intelligence solutions to clients in Banking, Insurance, Defence, Government, Oil and Gas, Aviation and Telecommunication sectors. We assist clients in making more informed decisions towards improving their business operations and services.
- The ideal candidate should have functional experience working with procurement, Inventory and Financial management systems.
- They would have an expert grasp of navigating Web applications GUI with at least junior to intermediate level experience querying databases such MS SQL Server and Oracle databases. They would have a high-level competence working with windows operating systems and Chrome browser.
- They would either have prior working experience providing functional support for ERP Applications or are able to quickly learn and pick up the necessary knowledge and skills to guide and support client users in the use of our ERP solution and provide fast resolution to User’s support requests.
- Experience doing Business analysis work in an application development environment will be an advantage.
Manage and support existing ERP environment, providing operational support (1st and 2nd level support) to business users.
Respond to trouble tickets and provide root cause analysis as well as problem resolution within SLA.
Work alongside existing development team to build / configure amazing solutions and software for clients.
Gain significant experience in development, Configuration, Implementation of
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or e-business suite solutions.
Run standard routines as per procedures
2 years of experience working on financial, procurement and supply chain management application systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle e-business suite, IFS ERP, MS Dynamics e.tc.).
Graduate of Accounting, Economics, or any other Mathematics related courses from a reputable Tertiary institution.
Experience with multi-lingual and multi-currency solutions is a big advantage.
Experience maintaining, and supporting application development, testing, and production environments.
Experience and desire to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
Experience working in Procurement, inventory, and financial management systems.
Good knowledge and experience of backend MS SQL Server or oracle database table queries and updates

Familiar with automated testing, code quality tools, and continuous integration
Junior to intermediate level skills with SQL or PLSQL
Strong knowledge and practical experience maintaining various of Operating systems environment including Windows, Linux and Unix
Intermediate-level skills in web development and scripting tools
