Senior Devops Engineer (Remote)

We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Devops Engineer.
- We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations.
- You will be spearheading our Infrastructure and Data Security team which is responsible for ensuring our platform runs in a secure, reliable, highly available, and scalable manner
- Our customers rely on us to run their financial operations, and we hold ourselves to a higher standard when it comes to building and running infrastructure.
- As a DevOps Engineer, you will show technical skills in the development cycle and operations skills for maintenance and support.
- A successful candidate must be involved in the various stages of our product’s lifespan to promote efficiency and keep track of customer reviews to enhance marketability.

Design, deploy, maintain and improve our CI/CD Systems.
Design, deploy and maintain our cloud-native IT Infrastructure.
Design and Implement Infrastructure as Code and dynamic environments setup.
Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
Configure, monitor and manage access for our systems.
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Good knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, PHP, Java, or Python).
Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL database
Our Technical Stack
Cloud providers: Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP.
Backend: C#, Node.Js, PHP & Phython.
Mobile applications: Android (Kotlin).
Configuration management: Terraform, Kubernetes.
CI/CD: Travis, Azure Pipeline, AWS Codebuild, Github Actions, ArgoCD.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Maths or related technical domain.
5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in any Senior position.
3+ years of proven experience with complex AWS projects.
3+ years of proven experience with complex Azure projects.
3+ years of proven experience with Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
3+ years of proven experience with Kubernetes in production.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Codebuild, ArgoCD).
Proven experience in successful cloud/stack migrations.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field
At least 5 years of working experience in a DevOps capacity, preferably as a DevOps Engineer
Experience automating and managing large-scale infrastructure and have significant familiarity with
Docker/Puppet/Chef/Ansible/Powershell DSC/Kubernetes. The candidate will have had vast experience in systems automation, orchestration, deployment, and implementation
Experience with Jenkins, Windows Server, NGINX, Apache, Bash, Powershell, IIS, Linux, C#, Python, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgresql, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Filebeat, Kibana, and RabbitMQ.
Ability to work closely with other engineers, product managers, and customer support

Salary: N250,000 – N400,000 monthly.
HMO Benefits will commence after 6 months of confirmation.
Loyalty Bonus of 800,000 giving to you at the end of year 1
Loyalty Bonus of 1,500,000 giving to you at the end of year 3
Entitled to Profit Sharing Annually.
Travel Allowance of N400,000 at the end of year 2.
Entitled to 1% shares of the company at the end of year 2.
Pension commences in year 2
The company will remit your tax for the next two years.
Entitled to Profit Sharing from Year 2.
The promotion will be done every six months at 35%.
The company supports continuous improvement, therefore will provide Udemy, Pluralsight, and LinkedIn Learning Account as well as courses for you to undergo
Salary Paid on Net without deductions.
December Bonus
13 Month Salary will be paid after 1 year of Joining Us
Gratuity be paid after 25 years of active service
Loyalty Bonus of 2,500,000 giving to you at the end of year 6
Based on your Performance and KPI delivery we can give a thank you Bonus.
