Job Description:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the customers.
- Respond to customers’ inquiries promptly
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Have knowledge of the product so that you can provide suitable answers to questions asked by the customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders, forms, requests and complaints
Job Requirements:
Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / BSc qualification
1-2 years experience working as a travel agency customer service representative
Must have visa processing experience/ knowledge
Must live on the Island, V.I environs or in close proximity
Must be willing to wear a uniform.
Ready to resume immediately
Job Benefits:
N50,000 monthly.
