Job Description:
- Deposit mobilization
- Loan Product sales
- Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
- Maintain and update knowledge on all company’s products and services
- Escalate non-customer care issues appropriate personnel or team
- Initiating outbound calls to customers daily to cross sell and upsell the company’s product.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source for bulk buyers of different Agro- commodities.
- Source for bulk suppliers of the Agro-commodities
- Promote the company’s product/ services
- Source and procure approved items at lowest prices without compromising on the quality
- Develop a complete preferred supplier and alternate list based on approved criteria as set by management
- Provide monthly report and analysis of internal and external spent on purchases
- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers and negotiate{price, quantity, and delivery schedules} with them to determine company preferable contract terms or get better prices.
- Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
- Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and clients, to ensure the quality of the goods and delivery, as well as the terms of contracts are met.
- Coordinate and carry out regular market surveys to ensure that items are procured at competitive prices and are in line with required specifications and quality
- Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.
- Prepare reports and update as when required
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased product
- Enter orders details(e.g. vendors, quantities,prices) into internal database
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification is SSCE.
0 – 1 year work experience.
Offer is open to all applicant who reside in Ikeja, Lagos and its environs
Job Benefits:
N30,000 – N34,000 Monthly.
