Job Description:
  • We are in search of a knowledgeable candidate that has qualitative training experience and passion to manage and, organize constant training for newly recruited staffs and current staffs on the rudiments of our app with the sole purpose of improving staff productivity
  • The chosen candidate will also provide support to department team leads.
  • Organize periodic training about the workings of the app.
  • Research and improve on the company’s Call script.
  • Assist in identifying poor performing staff and actualizing measures in improving their performances.
  • Constantly collate FAQ/Answers and train staff on app new add ons/features.
  • Strategically map out, manage and collate training reports for departments.
  • Recommend where necessary training materials/methods and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities.
Job Requirements:

Minimum of B.Sc.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a training coordinator, preferably in a FINTECH company.
Passion to impact knowledge.
Good communication, listening and reporting skills.
Excellent team player.
