Job Description:

We are seeking for a qualified applicant for the post of an Office Admin Clerk who will handle general administrative task and provide support to employees and managers within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules, calendar and daily activities.
Demonstrate friendly and cooperative attitude towards staff and visitors.
Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Manage inventory of all office supplies and requisite when there are shortages
Utilize office appliances such as printers, photocopiers, word processing applications.
Handle and compile records of office activities and business transaction.
Act as a receptionist, handle phone calls, mailing and distribute correspondence.
Perform other office duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

NCE / OND in office management or relevant field
0-2 years and above in Office Admin/Clerical duties.
Ability to work independently with good communication skills
Familiarity with office procedures & office devices
Knowledge of specific software use within the organization.

Job Benefits:

N35,000 – N40,000 / month.
