Organizational Development Specialist
Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE), a women-led, faith-based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) is seeking job applications from qualified candidates to fill in the position of Human Resource Associate.

Organization statutory compliance
Organization Strategic plan, basic policies, procedures, Office and Equipment
Organizational Resource Mobilization Planning, Resource Mobilization Personnel, Knowledge of theory of change (ToC)/Value for Money
Organization proposal writing and development, Project costing and budget development
Organization fiscal sustainability and revenue generation, Fundraising planning, and Report writing
CAC Registration Status and Registration with relevant state ministries
Organization work plan, process of managing change, documented knowledge of stakeholders, strong partnership management procedures, Sustainability component etc.
Board governance, leadership training and succession planning Annual work plan development
- A graduate with Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma or its equivalent, with a First- or Second- Class Upper Division (2.1) in any Social Science or related fields.
- Additional professional certifications or a post graduate diploma will be an added advantage
- Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in Organizational Development duties
- Evidence of experience in reporting writing
- Evidence in carrying our organizational development assessments
- Evidence of experience developing capacity development plans for local CSOs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, survey development, website landing pages and other useful software.
- Well-organized, with ability to track multiple activities and deadlines
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
