Job Description:
  • Responsible for executing strategic initiatives of the company, achieving the operational goals, oversee performance management of the company using Balance Score Card model, ensure operational and business development objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and Sustain an environment of high performance in the organization managing diverse teams.
  • Developing and sustaining key relationships to enhance business objectives and growth and key stakeholders management.

Supervises:

  • Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain, HR & Admin
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop / Execute strategic objectives of the company
  • Oversee the operations of the company
  • Ensure HSE Objectives of the company are met
  • Ensure Performance tracking
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company
  • Develop Annual financial budgets with CFO
  • Ensure an Atmosphere of high performance
  • Develop and sustain positive feedback from customers and keystake holders
  • Develop new product lines and technical partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree or MBA.
  • At least 8 years post-graduation experience
  • Experience in the oil and gas upstream service sector is an advantage.
