Job Description:
  • Ideal candidate must be experienced in Real Estate sales, listing and marketing or have experience in related housing sector customer relations position; and in cultivating positive interactions and relationships.
  • Must be passionate about serving others and a self-motivated professional ready to achieve sales targets without supervision.
  • Must have proven hands-on training to identify prospects, generate Leeds from online/ offline marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment while Motivating team members to exceed expected goals.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Attend networking events, Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers both in the private and public sectors.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, Preparing sales contracts.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have a HND / B. Sc qualification.
  • 3 – 5 years experience in Estate, land Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
  • You must be very technology savvy as well as excel in traditional marketing/sales strategizing.

Required Qualities, Skills & Profile:

  • Self-motivated and self-directed, Goal-oriented, organized team player; able to mentor and lead.
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-dimensional and proficient with both online & offline marketing, able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in online, social media, etc.

Residency:

  • Must be a resident of the region within which the hiring sales office is located.
Job Benefits:
  • Base Salary + commission: Up to N300,000 monthly, included in this compensation package: allowances/ bonuses of up to N100,000 monthly.
