Job Description:

A Secretary will support the Hotel Manager’s needs and work closely with customers to determine their needs and help to build, reinterate and expand business.

  • As Secretary, you will support the Hotel Manager’s administration needs for hotel events and work closely with customers to determine their needs build, reinterate and expand business.
  • Directing of clients/calls/mails to Hotel Manager.
  • Daily check meeting /event planner survey, print and reply the responses through preparing a letter which is signed by Hotel Manager and email same to the guests.
  • Maintenance of general and event file positions.
  • Schedule monthly communication meetings as per the plan.
  • Take minutes of Hotel Managers meetings and send out the report appropriately to concerned persons.
  • Prepare and process purchase requests and store requisitions when the need arises.
  • Maintain time and attendance records as well as vacation schedule.
  • Assist work-in guests & telephone enquirers in taking their enquiries when account handlers are busy or not available.
  • Carry out competition check when the account handlers are busy or not available.
