The name of the Company (Aobatel Links Nig Ltd) was established on the 15th November, 2008 with a vision to becoming one of Nigeria’s foremost Limited company with a view to ultimately becoming a company quoted on the Nigeria capital market and also to have international reputation in terms of quality of practice and clientele. The company has been operating with the name since the year 2008 and has been identified as such since then. However, the name was recently registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria with its registered Certificate of Incorporation..

Our company is corporate entities with substantial interests in Real estate, General contracts, Automobile, General merchandise,General supplier for both local and international markets. The company has experts in all the fields of its interests by employing and motivating a large workforce for better result. It is a company being run by a seasoned head as the Chief Executive Officer and an experienced Deputy Managing Director with two other Executive Directors constituting the Management team. It parades three Senior Managers who are experts in different fields of professional practices whose wealth of experiences constitutes great value to the company. There are in all a total of other 7 staff working for the company on permanent bases and there are about 10 out sourced staff also working for the company. There are situations where external people are invited into the company as experts/consultants in the form of independent contractors whenever necessary.

(a) Real Estate

We carry out business in real estate; we also act as Property Manager, Developer, or Agent in purchasing, Selling, Leasing, Letting and Disposal of buildings, accommodations, Lands and Products or undertakings describable or associable to property. We specilized in Lagos properties and also extend our thread to other states in Nigeria. Lekki ( Eti-Osa),Ibeju Lekki, Lagos Mainland,Lagos Nigeria is one of the fastest growing city in the World. Landed properties appreciate rapidly and more investors from various part of the World are showing more interests in property development in Lekki, you can invest on property business which is likely to yield 60% to 70% of total amount invested with 12 months. Aobatel Links Nigeria Ltd is interested to partnership with any investor to develop properties such as shopping complexes, office spaces and residential apartments to be sold outrightly to corporate bodies or individual.

(b) Automobile

We carry out business of buying and selling.in Buying and Selling of automobile. Importation of used vehicles for private and commercial use, we import from United States of America,and Benin Repubic(Cotonue) . We supply our vehicles to local dealer for retail and pay commission on every sales. We can manipulate large quantity order from corporate organization and Goverment agency.

(c) Merchandise

We carry on the business of General merchants, Trading, Importers, Exporters, Distributors, Duppliers, Wholesalers, Retailers of all goods, Commission agents, Manufacturers’ representatives, General contractors and in particular to carry on the business of automobile importation, maintenance and sales.

(d) General Contractor

Aobatel Links Nig Ltd is a dynamic, progressive company that provides construction management and general contracting services for industrial, institutional, commercial, and private businesses. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we offer general contracting, operations and maintenance contracting, and facilities management expertise including project and construction management services.To supply and distribute materials needed for the management of buildings and facilities. Our team of professionals is dedicated in providing our clients with value added services, further associating our company’s identity with excellence.

(e) Logistics
To carry on the business of logistics, road transport and haulage contractors, owners and carters of road vehicles , carriers of good and passengers by road.

Aobatel Links Nigeria Limited is fully bilingual, fully bondable and carries General Liability Insurance that meets any construction project requirements within our bonding limits. We are a rapidly growing company with many satisfied clients.
